Shipping Schedule

- Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

- Orders placed before 12 PM CST on these days will be processed and shipped the same day.

- Orders placed after 12 PM CST or on Thursday through Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

Packaging

- All products are shipped frozen and carefully packed in insulated containers with dry ice to maintain optimal temperature.

- The packaging is designed to keep your products frozen for up to 48 hours from delivery, depending on external conditions.

Shipping Methods

- We use expedited shipping (1-2 business days) to ensure your products arrive promptly and in peak condition.

- A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Shipping Costs

- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

- Free shipping is available on orders over a specified amount (details provided at checkout).

Delivery Areas

- We currently ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations at this time.

Receiving Your Order

- It is essential to ensure someone is available to receive your package upon delivery to avoid exposure to heat or delays.

- Once delivered, immediately transfer your products to a freezer or refrigerator as per storage instructions.

Damaged or Delayed Shipments

- While we strive for perfection, unforeseen circumstances like weather delays or carrier issues may occur. If your package arrives damaged or thawed, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

- Include photos of the package and contents for faster resolution. We will work with you to replace or refund your order.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

- Changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, orders are final and cannot be altered.
