• Time-Tested Insulation: Our packaging is designed to keep your products chilled for up to 48 hours from the time of delivery, depending on external conditions.

• Expedited Shipping: We utilize expedited shipping (1-2 business days) to minimize transit time and ensure prompt arrival.

Guarantee Claims and Resolution

In the unlikely event that your Wagyu arrives warm, or otherwise damaged, we will work quickly to resolve the issue for you.

To file a claim under this guarantee, you must:

2. Provide Photographic Evidence: Include clear photos of the damaged packaging and the thawed product contents for a faster resolution.

Upon confirmation of damage or thawing, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund for the affected products.
